SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping cost is either $5 or $15 per order. Your order of small Hand Brooms-single or multiples- ships for $5 per order. Your Long Broom order (Sweepers, Cobweb Brooms, Wizard Brooms, or Hearth Brooms) ships for $15. If your Long Broom order also includes Hand Brooms, your order will still ship for $15.

Clear as mud? Shipping costs have been increasing drastically and unfortunately, we are no longer able to absorb these increases and must pass the additional costs and the nasty surcharge for longer boxes on to you. To ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us. We ship brooms via United States Postal Service, usually by Priority Mail. If you need shipping via UPS, please contact us.

We usually ship same day or next day. Expedited shipping is possible-just send us a note here.
Please allow two weeks for custom orders to be completed before shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy is pretty simple. We want you to love your broom! If you don't love your broom, or if your broom arrives damaged, please contact us here. We will make it right.
