We tried! We tried to offer free shipping for all orders, but for months now we have lost money on small sales. Yes-we formerly shipped your $11 Keyboard broom for free--at a cost of $7 to us! But rising shipping and material costs have forced us to reconsider.
Did you know each broom box costs $4? And that the time spent packaging and labeling your broom order is completely absorbed by us? We are happy to offer that service to help our wonderful customers get our brooms. But moving forward, if your order is less than $35, shipping will be $5. We think this is a fair sharing of actual shipping costs, and we will continue to absorb the difference!
